I saw inside the gates of Paradise
Tasted the pleasure fruits sweet nectar
and rested a while romancing my Eve
Then one day the gates closed up
and I was left alone again
to walk for eternity
through the endless nothingness
The endless nothingness turned into
a fragrant summer's night
Crickets chirped and the night sky
showed up a multitude of stars
The Universe hummed with the
mystic complexity of a dream
All was one and I stumbled across
a party in the middle of the desert
A fire roared and people sang and danced
as if it were the last night on Earth
At the party in the desert
there was an old man
He wore a baggy woolen jumper
and his skin was covered with
tattoo's from his many travels
He offered me a potion
he said it would give eternal life
to the man who imbibed
I said I didn't want eternal life
I was looking forward to my death
and discovering the mystery that awaits beyond
He said there's nothing he could do for me
But he could make my schlong twice as long!

English Sonnet
The grass on it's slope it seeps
Into the unseen phenomenon
Writer's dulce
the faun's loyal hoove
in eternal Spring stoops
to lift the holy muse
We sing last nights moon
And while the Afgan poppies dream of June
She swings her hair in some country pub
Calling me a loon
While in secret
she mutters her hallelujahs
I quiver solid lyres to infinity
she still a renegade felicitous
Into the unseen phenomenon
Writer's dulce
the faun's loyal hoove
in eternal Spring stoops
to lift the holy muse
We sing last nights moon
And while the Afgan poppies dream of June
She swings her hair in some country pub
Calling me a loon
While in secret
she mutters her hallelujahs
I quiver solid lyres to infinity
she still a renegade felicitous
